Check and prepare the fascia
We inspect the fascia and mounting points and flag any timber that's gone before we hang new gutter on it.
There's no point fixing good gutter to rotten fascia. This prevents a new gutter sagging because the timber behind it failed.

Install, seal and water-test
New Colorbond gutters and downpipes are fitted to the right fall, joints sealed, and the system run with water to confirm it flows and doesn't leak.
